Hotel el buena ubicación, puedes llegar al centro caminando, en carro o en transporte público, las habitaciones tienen clima el cual es una bendición en temporada de calor y en temporada de frío estan agradables, camas comodas y limpias, al igual que la habitación y el baño. En el restaurante el personal en general es muy atento y amable, la comida esta sabrosa y te dan buena porción por el precio, además el tiempo de espera es muy corto, menú muy variado. El unico detalle del hotel es que no tiene ascensor para personas que lo necesitan, por si tienen un familiar que no pueda subir escaleras.

La mejor opción para hospedarse si estás de paso por la sierra norte de Puebla, particularmente si visitas Xicotepec de Juárez, pueblo mágico. La atención es excelente. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y el servicio del restaurante al igual que la comida es de lo mejor. Quizás el único inconveniente es que no está cerca del centro de la ciudad pero frente al hotel hay un sitio de taxis que te pueden llevar. Asimismo, si te toca una habitación con vista a la avenida principal pudiera resultar algo ruidosa porque afuera del hotel hacen parada muchos autobuses foráneos con destino a la ciudad de México, Puebla, Apizaco, etcétera, lo cual pudiera ser también una ventaja si vas en autobús aunque si vas en automóvil propio el hotel cuenta con estacionamiento. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
